*Food Techie apologizes for being absent for the past few days due to an unforeseen server problem! But we're back in action! :-) *Hooooh baby. Talk about a really bad marketing idea... The last Burger King marketing stunt I blogged was about sacrificing Facebook friends to get a free Whopper burger, which I thought was pretty smart.
Introducing, "Flame" the new body spray from Burger King. It (is supposed to) "capture the essence of that love and gives it to you. Behold the scent of seduction, with a hint of flame-broiled meat."
Check out Flame's website Fire Meets Desire, and tell me you are not seduced into getting this perfume right away. The Flash website depicts everything romantic, sensuous, and seductive, with sexy jazzy music in the background and all. And then there's this:
That's right, the King himself, ready for you next to the candles and fire. SO seductive. Eek. Eek. EEK.
My dear friends, if you love fast food so much, and if you DON'T work in the kitchen of McDonald's or KFC that would make you stink like stale fast food, now this is the ideal scent for you.
